What is Covered

Hardware issues covered under our 15-day policy:

  • Items with original packaging & receipt.

What is Excluded

Conditions not eligible for replacement:

  • Accidental drops, cracks, or liquid damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party tampering.
  • Misuse, neglect, or wear beyond normal use.
  • Requests made after the 15-day period.

Delivery & Store Exchange Details

You may visit our Bousher retail location for in-person technical inspection and immediate exchange. If you choose to send items via courier, return delivery charges remain the responsibility of the customer. Cash refunds are not issued under this policy; eligible hardware is replaced or exchanged.
